The Colorado Horse Park Congratulates September Horse Trial Champions

Parker, CO – September 24, 2017 – Competition at The Colorado Horse Park (CHP) featured a successful multi-discipline fall competition last week, honoring riders from the Rocky Mountain region. Highlights included the inaugural Eventing Derby and September Horse Trials, running parallel with the Rocky Mountain Dressage Society’s (RMDS) Regional Championships and the Colorado Fall Classic.

CHP would like to congratulate and recognize the champions and winners crowned during the CHP September Horse Trials, hosted on September 16-17 at The Colorado Horse Park. The competition hosted divisions from Intro all of the way through Intermediate.

Colorado Fall Classic
The Colorado Fall Classic saw a competitive turnout for the week as well, and provided an ASPCA Mclay Regional Champion win for Lanie Walkenbach, riding Citadel. Walkenbach bested a class of 17 entries for the title.

Rocky Mountain Dressage Society

The Colorado Horse Park would also like to congratulate all Rocky Mountain Dressage Society riders and participants on an excellent week of riding and dressage competition at their regional championships. CHP prides itself on the ability to host multiple disciplines simultaneously in a harmonious and safe atmosphere.
